WE ARE A CONSCIOUSNESS COMMUNITY, NOT A RELIGIOUS ONE

Willow Grove uses consciousness as its operational language. Consciousness as a frame of reference for discussing life and metaphysics, is a safe, neutral, common ground we can all meet on. Consciousness is a faith-neutral paradigm. It is compatible with any religion or non-religion, and takes no position on religious/non-religious doctrine. At most, a practitioner will seek to make an effective translation of concepts coming from a religion/non-religion, into consciousness terms. While consciousness principles are open for discussion and debate, matters/doctrines of religion/faith/non-faith are not. Within this monastery, no member is to seek to proselytize or convert anyone to their religion, faith or non-faith. each person’s religious/non-religious beliefs are to be honored and respected as sacred for them.
